Right...here we go. Eoin is guiding us to Coney Island on Sunday. Weather looks good. Tide looks right. So..we will meet at the car park in Strandhill at 10:30am.
The car park on the LEFT hand side as you come into Strandhill. NOT the sea front. Walk will be 12 - 16 km. Round trip. any ??? Ask Eoin 087 360 5568
After another look at the tide and the boss decided the walk should start half an hour later. So 11am at the car park. Now you don't need your walking boots for this but whatever you do wear, remember to bring your bare feet as there will be an unavoidable knee deep stream to cross. so you might like to bring a wee towel as well......
