The first walk of the new season, and the weather looks as if it will be good. It is Lough Talt to Lough Easkey and back. 20km long (or for those who live in the past, 12miles!) It is mostly flat, on roads and track with some hills. No oxygen tanks required but you need a reasonable level of fitness.
So, meet Eugene at the Crescent, Boyle at 10am or the church at Lough Talt at 11am. This is on the R294 on the west side of Lough Talt. Contact is Eugene 086 2560400. See you then for this picturesque walk
